Jacksonville, FL (December 13th, 2010) - Equine Education Day will be something quite different this year!  Due to staffing shortages and schedule conflicts, neither the Vet School or the University of Florida Horse Teaching Unit were able to host our EED this year. Soooo we are putting together our own version of Equine Ed Day, and it will be held at The Oaks Equestrian Center of Lake City on Saturday, January 8, 2011. Equine Education Day topics will include a video endoscopy, equine dentistry, nutrition, parasites, farrier work and toxic plants.

So mark your calendars and invite your friends – it is open to anyone interested in horses! 

Equine Education Day: 9am-3:30pm, January 8, 2011  Cost: $25 per person
Cross Country Clinic: starting at 9am, January 9, 2011  Cost: $40 clinic; $30 overnight stall
