When you choose to make the equestrian lifestyle dream a reality at The Oaks, you become an automatic member of The Oaks Equestrian Center.  The Oaks Equestrian Center entitles resident clients to full use of the main facilities and riding areas, access to the community trail system, recreational areas, as well as participation in the lesson program, boarding, clinics and event programs at the facility. At The Oaks Equestrian Center, customer service is a priority. Facility members have the right to:

• Be treated professionally and courteously at all times. The manager and staff are to conduct themselves in a professional and business-like manner, following all rules and procedures. Any incidence of favoritism or any type of bias on the part of Management or staff is not permitted and should promptly be reported to Management.
• Expect cleanliness, safety and quality care and services for members and horses at all times. All barn structures are to be in good repair at all times. Any unsafe conditions should promptly be reported to Management.
• Address staff and/or Management directly with any comments or concerns. In addition, a Comment/Complaint Box is available in the Management office to all boarders wishing to voice a comment or concern. Replies to concerns are provided within 24 hours.
